China Minsheng Banking (HK:1988) has released an update.
China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. has successfully issued RMB30 billion worth of ‘2024 Undated Capital Bonds’ to replenish its tier-one capital, with a coupon rate of 2.35% for the first five years. The issuance, approved by regulatory authorities, was completed on August 19, 2024, and allows for rate adjustments every five years with redemption rights annually after the fifth year.
