China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. has announced the enforcement of a legal judgment against Wuhan CBD Company, seeking repayment of a loan principal of RMB3,046 million, along with interest and other fees. The Beijing High People’s Court has rejected Wuhan CBD Company’s appeal, upholding the original judgment, and the Beijing Financial Court has accepted the bank’s enforcement application. The bank assures that this litigation process will not negatively affect its normal operations.
