China Minsheng Bank Elects New Supervisor

China Minsheng Banking (HK:1988) has released an update.

China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. has announced the election of Mr. Long Ping as the new employee supervisor, effective from 7 June 2024. Mr. Long Ping, who has a long-standing tenure at the bank since 1997, brings extensive experience to his new role, including a recent position as the general manager of the Audit Department. Details of his remuneration will align with the bank’s existing policies and will be disclosed in the upcoming annual report.
