China Mining International Ltd., through its subsidiary Henan Sunshine Elegant Jade Real Estate Co., Ltd., has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire the usage rights of a commercial property in Zhenzhou, Henan Province, from Henan Shengtewei Industrial Co., Ltd. The deal entails a 20-year transfer of usage rights, with negotiations every five years, and the price will be based on the property’s rental income or local market rates.
