China Mining International Ltd. has appointed Mr. Tay Meng Heng and Mr. Seet Meng Wei, Javan as Independent Directors, effective from 27 September 2024, with Mr. Tay also becoming the Lead Independent Director and chairing the Audit Committee. These appointments come alongside the cessation of Mr. Guo Wenjun’s role on the Nominating Committee. The reconstitution of the Board and its Committees reflects these changes, marking a significant shift in the company’s leadership structure.
