China Merchants Port Holdings Co. has announced an upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 20, 2024, where shareholders will review the 2023 audited financial statements and consider a 48 HK cents per share final dividend. Shareholders will also vote on the re-election of directors and the appointment of KPMG as the new auditor, replacing Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Additionally, they will authorize the board to allot additional shares and set director remuneration.
