China Merchants Port Holdings Co. has announced the postponement and venue change of their Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally scheduled for May 27, 2024, to June 20, 2024, at the Conrad Hong Kong. Accompanying this change, the book closure period and record date for share transfers and the proposed final dividend have also been adjusted, with the dividend expected to be paid on July 26, 2024, instead of July 5, 2024. Shareholders must lodge transfers and share certificates by specified deadlines to qualify for voting at the rescheduled AGM and to receive the proposed final dividend.
