China Merchants Port Holdings Company Limited has announced a proposed change of auditor, with KPMG slated to replace Deloitte following the latter’s retirement at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM). The board, with the audit committee’s endorsement, believes that KPMG’s appointment aligns with the company and its shareholders’ best interests.
