China Merchants Land Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

China Merchants Land Limited (HK:0978) has released an update.

At the recent annual general meeting of China Merchants Land Limited held on June 28, 2024, shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor of all proposed resolutions, including the adoption of the previous year’s financial statements, re-election of board members, and the appointment of KPMG as the new auditor. The resolutions also empowered the directors to manage the company’s remuneration and to issue and repurchase company shares.
