China Merchants Land Limited has confirmed the payment date for its final dividend of HKD 0.012 per share for the fiscal year ending on 31 December 2023. Shareholders approved the dividend on 28 June 2024, with the ex-dividend date set for 08 July 2024 and payment to be made by 31 July 2024.
