China Merchants Land Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Huang Junlong as a non-executive director and member of the remuneration committee due to age reasons, effective from 5 August 2024. Mr. Yu Zhiliang has been appointed as his replacement, bringing with him extensive experience from his current role as CFO of China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings Co., Ltd., and his past financial management roles within the China Merchants Group.
