China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. has announced the nomination of Mr. Deng Renjie for the role of Non-executive Director, pending approval at the upcoming general meeting and by the National Financial Regulatory Administration. Mr. Deng, with a diverse background in various leadership roles, including as Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Group Ltd., brings extensive experience to the board. His candidacy comes with no conflicts of interest or legal disqualifications, and he holds no share interests in the bank.
