China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. has announced a final dividend of RMB 1.972 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with an update to the dividend payment details including the default currency amount of HKD 2.162044 per share. Shareholders approved the dividend on June 25, 2024, and the payment is scheduled for August 6, 2024, following an ex-dividend date of July 3, 2024. A 10% withholding tax will be applied to non-resident individual and enterprise investors, while individual mainland investors through Southbound Trading face a 20% rate.
