China MeiDong Auto Holdings Limited has announced a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 0.033 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, with a shareholder approval date set for 14 May 2024. The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09012, equivalent to HKD 0.03597 per share, and is scheduled for distribution on 21 August 2024. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 17 June 2024 to be eligible for the dividend.
