China MeiDong Auto Holdings Limited has announced a final dividend of RMB0.033 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023, which will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at the exchange rate of RMB1 to HK$1.09012, resulting in a dividend of HK$0.03597 per share. The dividend cheques are scheduled to be dispatched on August 21, 2024. Additionally, the company noted that the conversion price for its zero-coupon convertible bonds may be adjusted in accordance with the dividend payout.
