China Maple Leaf Educational Systems Limited has announced a change in auditors, with Zhonghui resigning due to a disagreement over audit fees for the financial year ending August 2024, and Moore being appointed in its place. The company and Moore both believe the change will not affect the annual audit’s progress or the financial results, and the appointment is considered to enhance cost-effectiveness and serve shareholders’ interests.
