China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited has announced the nomination of Mr. Zhang Tong as a non-executive director and a member of key committees. His term will begin upon approval by the general meeting until the end of the fifth session of the Board. Mr. Tong, a senior economist with a legal background, has held significant positions in China Energy Investment Corporation Limited but will not receive remuneration for his new role.
