China Longyuan Power Group has successfully completed the issuance of RMB 2.0 billion worth of mid-term notes with a 3-year term and a coupon rate of 2.07%. The proceeds from this issuance will be utilized for replenishing working capital and repaying existing interest-bearing debt. The offering was led by Bank of Jiangsu Co., Ltd., with Bank of Ningbo Co., Ltd. serving as the joint lead underwriter.
