China Longyuan Completes RMB 2 Billion Note Issuance

China Longyuan Power Group (HK:0916) has released an update.

China Longyuan Power Group has successfully issued mid-term notes valued at RMB 2.0 billion, with a 10-year term and a 2.50% coupon rate, following shareholder approval at the 2023 annual general meeting. The proceeds from the issuance, underwritten by Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and other major banks, will fund working capital needs and repay existing debts. This move does not represent an offer to purchase any company securities.
