China Longevity Group Company Limited has established an independent board committee composed of independent non-executive directors to evaluate a Partial Offer made by Alternative Liquidity Index, LP. The company has also appointed Silverbricks Securities Company Limited and VBG Capital Limited as joint independent financial advisers to guide the committee on the fairness and reasonableness of the offer. Trading of the company’s shares remains suspended since 2013, with no current plans for delisting.
