China LNG Group’s Strategic Green Energy Expansion

China LNG Group (HK:0931) has released an update.

China HK Power Smart Energy Group Limited has announced a strategic partnership with the Yixing Municipal Government’s Management Committee to establish a joint venture for a new headquarters production base and R&D center in Yixing Economic and Technological Development Zone. The collaboration aims to develop a leading smart low-carbon energy industry base in China, focusing on green energy and smart systems, with the project also serving as a zero-carbon demonstration. The Group will contribute RMB90 million to the joint venture, which will also enjoy municipal incentives aimed at reducing capital expenditures and enhancing profitability.
