China HK Power Smart Energy Group Limited has announced a strategic partnership with the People’s Government of Weiyang District, Xi’an City, securing an exclusive franchise for a significant clean energy project. The Group will invest up to RMB 417 million into developing a comprehensive energy station and wastewater system, aiming to enhance its footprint in the integrated energy supply sector. The agreement is set to be detailed further in an upcoming investment service agreement, aligning with the Group’s expansion strategy in new energy markets.
