China LNG Group Expands with New Energy Project

China LNG Group (HK:0931) has released an update.

China LNG Group’s subsidiary Oasetech Energy has committed to invest RMB 107 million in the Dongguan Songshan Lake Scipolis Integrated Energy System Project, gaining a 20-year exclusive operating right. The deal includes constructing and managing an integrated energy system, while Dongguan Huiheng provides land and support for necessary approvals. After the exclusive period, the project’s ownership will transfer to Dongguan Huiheng.
