China LNG Group has announced its annual general meeting to be held on August 23, 2024, in Hong Kong, where it will address matters such as the adoption of financial statements and the re-election of its executive and independent non-executive Directors. Shareholders will also consider granting the Board authority to issue additional shares and to re-appoint the company’s independent auditor.
