China Literature Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Xu Lan from her role as joint company secretary and other positions within the company, effective from August 2, 2024, to focus on personal commitments. The company confirms there are no disagreements or undisclosed matters related to her departure, and expresses gratitude for her contributions. Mr. Au Wai Keung will continue his service as the sole company secretary following Ms. Xu’s resignation.
