China Life Insurance Company Limited has announced a proposed change of auditors, with Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP and Ernst & Young set to take over for the fiscal year 2024, pending shareholder approval at the next AGM. The outgoing auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), have confirmed no issues on their retirement, and the company has no disagreements or unresolved matters with them.
