China Life Insurance Company Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Liu Hui as the new Board Secretary, pending approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration. Ms. Liu has served as an acting Board Secretary since July 2024, and her extensive background includes roles as Vice President, Chief Investment Officer, and various directorships within the industry. In the interim, Mr. Li Mingguang will fulfill the Board Secretary duties until Ms. Liu’s appointment receives the official go-ahead.
