China Kunda Technology Holdings Limited has announced a reshuffle in its Board and Board Committees, effective from 31 July 2024. Mr. Thomas Lam Kwong Fai steps up as the new Lead Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman, while Ms. Foo Quek Cheng takes on the role of Remuneration Committee Chairman.
