China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited has announced a new Tendering and Procurement Services Framework Agreement with Sinochem Commerce, an affiliate of its ultimate controlling shareholder Sinochem Holdings. The agreement, effective from September 13, 2024, to December 31, 2026, allows China Jinmao to utilize various services, including business and engineering consultancy, on an as-needed basis. These transactions are subject to certain reporting and review requirements under the Listing Rules due to the connection between the companies.
