China ITS Holdings Co., Ltd. has announced the acquisition of a 5.02% stake in a target company through its subsidiary Tibet Aviation for RMB 56.259 million, increasing its total ownership to 27.21%. Additionally, terms involving the extension of a loan including the release of pledged shares were revised.
