China Isotope & Radiation Corporation announced with deep sadness the passing of Mr. Tian Jiahe, an independent non-executive director, who made significant contributions to the company since his appointment in 2019. His passing on July 21, 2024, has reduced the board’s size, but it still meets the minimum legal requirements. The company plans to appoint a new director and committee members in compliance with regulatory provisions.
