China Isotope & Radiation Corporation has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for shareholders on September 25, 2024, to vote on key resolutions including the appointment of executive and non-executive directors, approval of the 2024 investment plan, and a proposed interim dividend of RMB0.0724 per share for the first half of the year. The meeting will take place in Beijing, and shareholders need to register their share transfers by September 19, 2024, to be eligible to vote and by September 30, 2024, to receive the dividend, subject to EGM approval.
