China Isotope & Radiation Corporation has announced the resignation of Ms. Kam Mei Ha Wendy as the Company Secretary and other key roles, effective from 30 August 2024. To fill the void, Ms. Wang Cangren and Ms. Kwan Sau In have been appointed as Joint Company Secretaries, with Ms. Wang also taking on additional roles, including Authorised Representative and general legal counsel.
