China Isotope & Radiation Corporation has announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.0724 per share for the first half of the year ending 30 June 2024, with a payment date set for 22 November 2024. Shareholders will receive the dividend in HKD at the rate of 0.0799 per share, considering the exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.10378. A withholding tax will be applied to the dividend, with non-resident individual shareholders facing a tax rate from 10% to 20% based on residency and applicable tax treaties.
