China Investment and Finance Group Limited has announced a delay in the publication of its 2023/24 annual results due to the need for additional time to complete the audit process. No significant audit issues have been reported thus far. Consequently, the Board meeting originally scheduled for 19 June 2024 will now take place on 28 June 2024 to review and approve the financial results and consider a final dividend.
