China Investment Development Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Han Zhenghai as Non-executive Director, effective December 12, 2024, to focus on other business ventures. Mr. Deng Dongping has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board and will take over Mr. Han’s roles in the Nomination and Remuneration Committees. The company expressed gratitude to Mr. Han for his contributions and extended a warm welcome to Mr. Deng in his new roles.
