China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.022 per share for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2023, to be paid at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0956, equaling HKD 0.0241 per share. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 23 July 2024 to be eligible for the dividend, which will be paid on 16 August 2024. A 10% withholding tax will be applied for non-resident individual and enterprise shareholders, with certain exceptions based on tax agreements with the PRC.
