China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. has announced the distribution of its 2023 final dividend at RMB0.022 per share, totalling RMB118,093 thousand, to be paid in cash to both A and H shareholders. H Shareholders will receive their dividends in Hong Kong dollars, calculated using the median exchange rate announced by the People’s Bank of China on June 27, 2024. The company also addresses the withholding and payment of corporate and individual income taxes for non-resident enterprise shareholders and individual foreign shareholders, in compliance with relevant Chinese tax laws and international agreements.
