China International Development Corporation Limited announced that executive director Ying Yong and non-executive director Siu Miu Man, Simon, MH, have resigned from the board effective 5 May 2026 to focus on their own business pursuits. Both departing directors stated they have no disagreements with the board and no other matters requiring shareholder or exchange attention, and the board expressed appreciation for their contributions.
Following Mr. Siu’s resignation, the ordinary resolution concerning his re-election as a non-executive director at the 5 June 2026 annual general meeting will be withdrawn and not put to shareholders for approval. All other resolutions for the AGM remain unchanged, and shareholders are advised to refer to the existing AGM notice for details on the remaining business, attendance eligibility and proxy arrangements.
