China International Capital Corporation Limited has established a new set of procedural rules for its Supervisory Committee to bolster corporate governance and ensure efficient, lawful supervision. The committee will consist of three to seven members, with employee representation being at least a third, and is accountable to the shareholder’s general meeting. These rules align with various Chinese laws and regulations, as well as the company’s Articles of Association.
