China International Capital Corporation Limited has announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.9 per 10 shares for the six months ended June 30, 2024, with the ex-dividend date set for November 4, 2024. Shareholders’ approval for the dividend will take place on October 31, 2024, with payment to be made on December 27, 2024. Notably, the dividend is subject to varying withholding tax rates for different categories of shareholders, with resident individuals and mainland securities investment funds through Stock Connect facing a 20% rate.
