China International Capital Corporation Limited has established a Risk Management Committee to fortify and streamline its risk management operations, in accordance with various Chinese laws and regulations, as well as securities governance rules. Comprising a minimum of three directors, including a chairman, the committee is tasked with devising risk strategies, ensuring effective systems are in place, and overseeing compliance and risk management across the company. Their mandate includes reviewing risk related to major decisions and reporting on their activities to the board of directors.
