China Infrastructure Investment Limited’s shares are set to be delisted on May 23, 2024, following a decision by the Listing Review Committee, which the company plans to challenge through judicial review. The company’s request to the Stock Exchange for postponing implementation of the delisting pending the judicial review has resulted in a conditional 14-day extension. Meanwhile, trading of the company’s shares remains suspended since July 11, 2022, as they work towards meeting the Resumption Guidance criteria.
