China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Ltd. (HK:6058) has released an update.

China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Ltd., through its subsidiary CISI Investment, has sold notes valued at around US$7,050,000 on the open market, resulting in a total consideration of approximately US$7,402,806. This transaction, involving notes issued by The Bank of East Asia, constitutes a discloseable transaction under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules but is exempt from shareholders’ approval. The sale was conducted at prevailing market prices, aligning with normal commercial terms.
