China In-Tech Extends Completion Date for Mainland Property Acquisition

China Overseas Nuoxin International Holdings Limited ( (HK:0464) ) has issued an update.

China In-Tech Limited has announced a change to the timetable for a previously disclosed property acquisition in mainland China, which had been scheduled to complete by 22 April 2026. Completion is conditional on delivery inspection and acceptance of the property, completion of transfer registration with the real estate authority, and issuance of a new ownership certificate to the purchaser or its designated party under PRC law.

As these conditions require more time to be fulfilled, the buyer and the vendor have agreed in writing to extend the proposed completion date to 31 July 2026, with the option to postpone it further by mutual consent. The board stated that all other terms of the acquisition agreement remain unchanged and expressed the view that the revised timetable will not have a material adverse impact on the company’s business or operations, suggesting limited immediate risk for shareholders and other stakeholders.
