China Health Group Limited has announced a further delay in the dispatch of a circular regarding their upcoming Acquisition, originally scheduled for September 30, 2024. The circular, which contains detailed financial information and a valuation report among other documents, will now be expected by October 31, 2024. This delay is due to the need for additional time to prepare and finalize the necessary information.
