China Health Group Limited announces the retirement of their auditor, Elite Partners CPA Limited, effective post the upcoming annual general meeting on 12 September 2024. Elite Partners, recently banned by China’s Ministry of Finance from auditing Mainland enterprises listed overseas, has chosen not to seek re-appointment. The company is actively seeking a new auditor and will propose a resolution at an extraordinary general meeting to appoint their successor.
