China Graphite Group Limited reported that all resolutions proposed at its annual general meeting held in Hong Kong on 18 May 2026 were approved by shareholders via poll. Investors endorsed the company’s audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, re-elected executive director Zhao Liang and independent non-executive director Zhao Jingran, and confirmed that the board may determine directors’ remuneration.
Shareholders also renewed PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company’s auditor and authorised the board to set its fees. In addition, they granted the directors general mandates to repurchase up to 10% of the company’s issued shares, issue up to 20% new shares, and extend the issuance mandate by the amount of shares repurchased, providing the board with flexibility in capital management and potential fundraising.
