China Graphite Group Ltd. has announced non-binding framework agreements with four entities for a combined RMB 40 million investment into subsidiary Yixiang New Energy for its Beishan Mine operations and construction of production facilities. These agreements also cover potential business cooperation with Qingdao Xintaihe to supply at least 10,000 tonnes of graphite products annually. The deals are set to be solidified in legally binding agreements by September 30, 2024.
