China Graphite Group Limited announced significant changes to its board, including the resignation of Mr. Chiu G Kiu Bernard as an independent non-executive Director and various committee roles, effective from 24 September 2024. His departure is due to personal commitments, and he leaves with no disagreements with the Board. Meanwhile, Mr. Ho Hoi Tung is set to join as an independent non-executive Director, bringing over 20 years of financial management and compliance experience to the role.
